what should I do ?
i bid and won a item . i paid for the item plus shipping and taxes. i got a message from the seller and it said , i dont see me shipping this for the price ebay put on it. What should I do now?

Mentor2 years agoLet the seller know that the shipping price resulted from the information that the seller provided: shipping method, weight of the package, dimensions of the package. If the seller submitted incorrect information, s/he is responsible for the difference. ebay can't force the seller to ship, but the seller can file a cancellation with Out of Stock as the reason.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
