what should I do?
I bought a pair of women's Keen sandals, size 6. When I got them, they were huge. I own 4 pairs of Keen sandals (all bought on ebay) and they are all size 6 and fit well. I notified the seller and was told he/she must have made a mistake and listed a pair of mens' Keen sandals as woman's sandals. (Believe me, if they were a men's size 6 there is no way I would have bought them.) He said he would give me a 50% refund or I pay the shipping and he would refund the difference. I absolutely can not use these sandals as is because they are about 2 inches too big! I read you should be able to get a refund if the description doesn't fit the merchandise, which they don't, but I have to provide a picture. I would do this, but for some reason my mac won't let me get pictures from my Samsung phone! Any suggestions?
