How did the user scam you?
Were you able to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee if you did not receive an item or if the item was not as described?

OP1 year agoI ordered it and i kept asking to ship it and he never did he ended up blocking me and i never got the money back from the money back Guarantee

It appears that the seller is no longer registered on Ebay.
Contact your credit card you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.

Cash app is not an accepted method of payment on Ebay. How were you able to use cash app?
If you paid the seller directly without going through Ebay, then Ebay cannot help you.

Mentor1 year agoDid you go through the Ebay checkout process when you paid or did you pay the seller directly?
I would suggest contacting your card company.
