What quantifies "factory sealed?"
I bought a box of fat packs Panini Football cards. Seller clearly read "New/factory sealed"
Only it wasn't sealed at all. There were 12 fat packs, but I don't buy blasters, etc. that aren't factory sealed. When I messaged this seller he said "not all Panini are sealed". And for me too look at Pictures. I did. The pictures he listed of which I made my educated guess, were both shrink wrapped. So I feel like he shouldn't be able to Sat that they are factory sealed, when they aren't. Am I wrong?
