What photo do I need?
I am returning 2 sets of hair products that are past their expiration dates, (the seller has agreed to take products back), however, why does eBay require for me to upload a 'file' or photo to upload. What type of photo do I need to upload? The label on the product does not explicitly spell out an expiry date; rather the product has a rancid smell and not fresh as it should be. Please advise.TYSM-DMC

Mentor3 weeks ago@docr6854 Just add a photo of the items. The system needs a photo to proceed with the return request even if it doesn't show the problem.
