what kind of message are you sending?
Can you tell me what kind of message I receive from you?First your company robbed me,now mock me.I paid $39.99 for damaged headphones.I threw these headphones in the trash bin and you let this cheater rob people all over the world.Explain to me what these messages mean.I RECEIVED SEVERAL HEADPHONES AT ONCE IN AMERICA at my address,but essentially I didn't get anything.These headphones were the last ones I bought on your site.I won't give you the opportunity to rob me again.

If you receive a defective item, you can return it.
The seller would pay return shipping from the address they ship to, so if you use a freight forwarder, you have to pay to ship it back to them.

How did Ebay rob you when Ebay has an excellent 30 day Money Back Guarantee that you could have used to receive a refund?
