What just happend? Buyer paid for iPhone, and then requested I cancel his order?
Buyer won iPhone at auction at a reasonable price and paid (via ebay and it is holding the money). Then sends an instant request to cancel order. Opens chat demanding I cancel because it is a no returns auction and he didn't read it and is sort of irate and demanding charger cables and that I've never sold anything before (I've 150 feedback all 100% and sold 48 items) . this Account opened in Jan with 5 feedback items, all purchases. I don't want to cancel order and refund because then it says I have to pay $26.25 to "Add a payment method cover the rest"? Whatever the hell for ebay? Who is screwing me here? I don't want to send the guy the phone now, he is crazy and my understanding his he has to release the funds? the hell is this mess?

It is best to just cancel the order, no good will come from not canceling and sending an item the buyer does not want. They will open a not as described return, you will be forced to refund and have to pay the shipping to get it back. You will then be out the cost to ship both ways.
When refunding eBay will first use your Available, Processing, and On hold funds to cover it, if the buyer's payment has not cleared yet and you do not have enough to cover it they will charge your alternate funding source. Once the buyer's payment clears you will be credited back what you covered.

If you need to enter a back up funding source:
