what items are not covered by ebay money back coverage
i received a broken item. contacted seller who promised refund without return of item. paid by pay pal. no refund received. ebay says it soens't cover this item. which items are not covered by ebay?

Mentor3 years agoMost items and most categories should be covered.
Things not covered are listed in categories involving services, warranties, real estate, vehicles and heavy machinery (heavy machinery has its own protection for items over $1000).
Is the sold item still listed? In which category? Does the money back guarantee link appear in the original listing?
