What is going on I can't get a hold of anybody I appear to be blocked my messages are not going through I can't read my messages the sellers are not responding I can't get a hold of anybody and eBay not corporate not a help person the robots making me insane what the heck

Sellers are not required to respond to messages, so you don't know if your message went through or not..
What happens when you try to read your messages?
Are you using the app or the web site?
