What is wrong with the app?
Mad problems for the last 3 weeks. Constant need to refresh feed. Deleted & reinstalled new app version. No network problems in my area. Anyone else?

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
The latest Android version of the eBay app (6.250.0.1) seems to be working for me at the moment, though some other Android and some iOS users seem to be having problems.
