what is wrong with ebay?

ordered an item an 45 days ago... has not shipped yet... ive tried contacting the seller 3-4 times and got no response... and ebay wont let me open a case stating "the item may still arrive".... IT HAS NOT EVEN **bleep** SHIPPED!

how do I get help???

@nerosa_10 What is the LAST estimated delivery date stated in your purchase history? eBay will not let you file a refund request until it's one day past that date.

I know that this is frustrating but the reason is that sellers are not required to use tracking as it's for their protection to prove delivery.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
