What is this seller trying to do?
I purchased 2 items on the 16th of January to be delivered 20-21st of January, just few hours ago I got an email stating that my order has been canceled and refunded due to (item being out of stock/damaged).. I decided to check for the availability of the item on sellers page and lo and behold the item is in stock, about 6 pieces. What does this mean? This is so absurd and now I have to wait for 3-5 business days.
also note: there was a discount which made me purchase the two item for about $890 and now the discount is up to $930. I believe this cancellation might also be for a fact that the seller dont want to sell it at that discount for me anymore. Anyways this is so unprofessional and bad, its a very high rated store.

If the seller cancelled as "out of stock", the seller received a costly defect for each cancellation. A few of those and the seller will not be selling on eBay any more. Typically that is a sign that the seller is very inexperienced.

OP8 months agoThanks, is there a way i can appeal this? cause this has cost me time, + the days i have to wait for refund. Also I lost a good discount for “brand†stores due to this refund. What can I do other than moving on?

Mentor8 months agoThere is nothing to "appeal". Move on.
The seller has already received a defect on their selling account by cancelling the transaction.
