what is the problem with The Danbury Mint General Lee, I was accused of hatred & racism for trying to sell mine on EBay.
eBay notified me my listing of the Danbury Mint General Lee was removed because of hatred & racism .
All the while there is many listing of the same related products posted on their site. I feel
I was discriminated against and accused falsely . I have no hatred or racism toward anyone. Being accuse of it, is a big over reach by eBay. They still have the same merchandise for ale by many other sellers. What is my next recourse , I will be investigating that..

It may easily have been a competitor with that item for sale that reported yours and it was removed. You are correct, there are numerous other ones for sale plus around 15 that have sold in the last 90 days on eBay and some have sold for some very decent money.
Unfortunately, you will have to sell that item elsewhere and the advice is not to try listing it again on eBay. It will remain in your Inactive - Unsold file for 90 days before eBay drops it and you will not be able to delete it from that file or Resolve it per the link they provide ... I know, "bin there dun that!" as they say.
