What is the point
So, I sold a tablet (in general) and the tablet was shipped the same day and was in perfect working order when they got it but once they got it, now, strangely enough there are "issues" with it and they want to return when clearly the listing said I do not accept returns. Ebay has put a hold on my funding for another sold item until this in cleared up. Questions are , why even have the "Seller does not accept Returne" and is the rules that we are playing with now, I can buy something from Someone, say something is wrong with it and then force them to take it back even though they say that they do not accept Returns. Starting to lose my love affair with ebay.

The seller's return policy is for remorse returns. If the item is not as described the buyer has eBay's Money Back Guarantee. An item that is listed in "Excellent Condition" is not described accurately if the laptop has issues.
This is not a new rule. I've been selling on eBay for 22 years, and during that time buyers have always been able to return an item that is not as described.
