The threshold only applies to receiving the 1099-K form, it doesn't affect your tax filing requirements.
As previously stated, you need to report all income, and deduct expenses.

Mentor2 years agoRegardless of the threshold for issuing a 1099-K, all sellers should be filing their income tax 1040 form, including a Schedule C to itemize all deductions.
