If the purchase is not in your purchase history, and you are sure no one in your home used your card, call your card issuer and report your card compromised. They will freeze the card, issue a new one, and dispute the charge with eBay and any other transaction you identify as fraudulent.
customer service cannot give you any information on a transaction not made by your account.
