What is the best way to report a scammer's seller profile?
Here's the scam: Seller puts out a bait item at an incredibly low price for the value, then sends the buyer multiple tracking numbers (some of which say "delivered" from the start). Then the seller remains unresponsive while the buyer waits for the rest of the tracking numbers to read as "delivered" so they can contest it with Ebay and let Ebay know the item(s) never arrived. I'm also curious to learn how scammers can manipulate tracking numbers to show fake deliveries have been made. But most importantly, I want to shut down the scam profile and get my money back.
