Does the transaction appear in your Purchase History? If so and you did not make it, change your eBay password immediately. Examine your account details closely for other changes. If the item has not shipped, contact the seller to see if the seller can cancel using the link in your Purchase History.

If the transaction does not appear in your eBay Purchase History but only appears on a credit card statement, contact your card issuer directly for more details or to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.
If you received an email stating that you ordered something, do not use any links from the email, but check your eBay account and credit card account directly. Scammers often send blind emails to many users hoping to get users to reveal account details to the scammer by clicking on a link in the email.
