WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH EBAY?
I recently bought a Creed cologne here and the item was returned to the seller because they probably couldn't deliver or they didn't ship it to the right address. Ebay's website categorize the item as delivered but the seller and I both acknowledges that he has the item still.
They sent back something again with an updated tracking number but after a month I still havent gotten the item. In opening a case, because the first tracking information states the item as delivered, ebay refuses to issue me a refund nor are they giving me an oppotunity to show them where their downfall is. I want back my money.
