WHAT IS HAPPENING EBAY?
Well, still having problems with I check "view order details". It won't let me see the details UNLESS I IDENTIFY MYSELF. Won't also take in my password ,,, then to further identify myself, it gives this "window" with questions and checked on "name of pet" and I did AND STILL WON'T LET ME IN. then this pictures with "I am human" with pictures of castles or stadium pops up UNFORTUNATELY, whoever created these "picture" to know if I am human or not, DID NOT DO THIS PROPERLY.
BUT EBAY IS NOT THE ONLY ONLINE SELLERS. I have been with Amazon and Etsy for years AND NEVER HAD THIS "identity problems" THAT Ebay is imposing. I may look new to ebay but I have been buying here as GUEST or using my daughter's ebay to buy..... BUT WITH THIS PROBLEM , I WILL STAY AWAY FROM EBAY because human customer service, NOT LIKE AMAZON and ETSY, to answer your question or help with any problems. I AM A GOOD FAST PAYING EBAY MEMBER and only have problems with 2 sellers. One tried to scam me with a so-called genuine diamond on a 14K yellow gold. WHEN PROBLEMS POPS UP, EBAY, HUMAN BEING CUSTOMER REPS SHOULD BE AROUND TO HELP...... or is Ebay more on protecting the NOT-GOOD-SELLER, therefore loosing a good buyer?

Mentor3 years agoThere are many things that can interfere with Captcha verification.
Sometimes when eBay changes the sign-in process, it causes problems for some users; sometimes those problems are due to using an old browser or obsolete cookies (though not always). Some users are just annoyed by verification; while others actually get stuck in a loop that just keeps presenting new sign-in pages or new verification pages, or just will not let them sign in at all.
Make sure you are allowing the sign-in page to load completely before attempting to sign in -- users have indicated that attempting to sign in before the page has loaded can cause problems.
Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies. Try another browser or another device, or a private or incognito browser session. If you delete your cookies, you will likely have to sign in and go through strict verification again, but if you have problems with a blocked or corrupt cookie, manually deleting your eBay cookies can help. Some browsers seem to require more verification than others; try signing in and out more than once to see if it requires verification the second time around.

VPNs can also cause sign-in issues, so try disabling yours if you use one and are encountering problems. Privacy add-ons like Ghostery or Disconnect can also cause issues.
Blocking tracking cookies or third-party tracking can also interfere with verification; see if you can disable that feature on the sign-in page or on the verification page.
