What is going on???
I created a listing, and eBay charged me $52 as an insertion fee. Then they never “inserted†the listing because they said I did not follow policies correctly. I have no idea what policy I did not follow, and the listing is locked, so I cannot even change it. Can they just charge you $52 for nothing?
