If you are listing in a "Media Mail" category
- Books
- Music CDs, cassettes, albums
- VHS/DVD movies
(Not comics/magazines/newspapers/yearbooks/catalogs/software/video games/blank media)
You should be able to select Media Mail as an option. It will be in the "Economy" Section
If you are listing an item in another category - for instance listing a pottery book in the pottery section, you will not be able to select media mail as a shipping option.
Some items that qualify for Media Mail
- Books (of at least 8 pages)
- Music CDs, cassettes, albums
- VHS/DVD movies
Some items that don't qualify
Comics
Magazines
Newspapers
Yearbooks
Catalogs
Sewing patterns
Software
Video games
Blank media
Anything with advertising, even decades-old ads, doesn't qualify for Media Mail. The USPS has very strict rules.
