·3 years agoThe internet is full of fake phone numbers for eBay. Do not call any of them.
With so many agents now working from home (rather than in large call centers), eBay has chosen a callback method so that agents can call members from a waiting queue.
To request a callback, find the help page somewhat related to the topic you wish to discuss. Scroll to the bottom of that page, click the "Contact us" button, and type "agent" into the chat that opens. In most cases, you will have two options: a callback or human chat.
If choosing a callback, be sure to turn off your call blockers if your phone has one installed.
