What is "Autopay in 1 hour" And the vault ? Never heard of it.
Sold an item. Went to send an invoice and I cannot. Says items that have 'autopay' cannot be invoiced.
Is it me that is listed incorrectly or some process that I never asked for? I want to continue to send ....as I always have, my own invoices.
Is anyone else having this occurence?

Mentor1 year agoAlso keep in mind that you don't need to send invoices to buyers. Ebay automatically does that when an item is purchased. The only time sellers need to send invoices is when the buyer has purchased multiple items and need to apply combined shipping.

Actually, what happened is eBay rolled out their Auto-pay feature to selling accounts WITHOUT telling Sellers they did that and to exacerbate the situation the default for Auto-pay on Auctions and the Offer feature is set to ON. They did that to me and I turned it off, then a week later they turned it back on and I turned if off AGAIN and thus far it has stayed OFF.
On this page near the bottom are the two Auto-pay settings, you can turn them off there. Buyer management | eBay
