What is an actual way to get eBay Customer Service on the phone?
I've been trying for months now but no matter the time I call the automated voice says it is outside of business hours.
That and ebay chat only allows me to send an email, there is never an option to call. The emails never get answered.

You need to request a call back from Ebay. Use this link:
