Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Any of those can cause verification issues, as can changing your IP-address.

If none of that applies, try another browser to rule out a browser issue. A problem with a blocked or corrupt eBay cookie can also cause issues. If another browser works better, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the affected browser.
