What if I didn’t ship through eBay?
I didn’t ship through eBay instead I used the post office. How can my buyer let eBay know that they received the item so my funds aren’t withheld?

Mentor3 years ago@properpricedproducts You go to the sold item and upload the tracking number if you shipped with tracking and not postage stamps.
Without tracking your funds are held for 30 days.
If you do not have tracking to add then you have to at least mark the item as shipped within your stated handling time from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
Did you know that eBay postage costs less than at the post office for package rate items and it automatically comes with tracking and the tracking is uploaded when you print the label. if you don't have a printer you can use a QR code to your cellphone and have your post office print the label for you.
