What if any recourse?
I purchased a two bulb floor lamp with amber glass shades. When I opened the package, it contained only the two amber glass shades. Does Ebay provide us any other recourse when dealing with this type of seller? He has a 97% positive review, how does this happen?

OP2 years agoMe again, I received an email stating the seller is refunding my purchase & I don't have to return the amber glass shades. Do you have a link describing time frame for refunding?

You have eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Open a Return from your Purchase History for "not as described".
The seller will have to provide a prepaid return label in the return case.
Watch the case timelines closely and ask eBay to step in when allowed if the seller isn't responsive.
