What if a seller sends you a fraudulent return address label for a return? Whom can you contact?
I purchased a "14k gold" chain from "campbellssoup".
They sent me a cheap plated piece of costume jewelry,. No return address on package. It looked like it came from overseas - maybe China.
I initiated a return, stating it was "not as described".
They sent a return address label that said "DO NOT SEND TO THIS ADDRESS - THE SELLER" with an address in Colorado.
There is absolutely no way to contact a physical person at EBAY.
Any ideas??
