What if a seller purposely said the return item has missing part
I am in the process of returning an item that is not as described or not functioning.
Seller has been not coorperating even he agreed to do partial refund but never follow up. He just tried to asked me to cancel the return request so he can walk away.
I doubt he would create a return label. If eBay help me to create a return label and I send back the item, can he simply claim something is missing?
How do I protect myself?
