Very good questions and that is what you will have to research yourself to learn.
Search for a specific item and when the search list is returned look on the left side of the page and scroll down until you see the Sold box, check that. The list will now update to those items sold in the last 90 days, the prices will be green. Any prices with a strike through line means it was sold on an Offer and the actual price is unknown.
