If you underestimated the cost of shipping, the difference will have to be made up by you.
You cannot charge more for shipping than what was stated on the listing page.
When you created the listing, did you use the Ebay shipping calculator based on buyer location, exact weight & precise dimensions of the prepackaged item?
EDITED TO ADD: If this is in regards to the HP Pavilion, I see you set the shipping charges as $5.80 to my location in California, which is obviously much less than what it will cost you to ship the item. Either ship the item and pay the difference OR cancel the transaction which will result in consequences from Ebay and possibly the buyer.
