What happens when auction is done?
This is my first item to sell. When the auction is over how do I contact the winning bid?

This is my first item to sell. When the auction is over how do I contact the winning bid?

Mentor11 months agoAfter the buyer's payment, through eBay, has been cleared, eBay will send you an e-mail telling you it is time to send the Item to the buyer.
At that point, eBay provides you with the buyer's name and mailing address.
Then you are expected to ship the Item within your own stated handling time.

Mentor11 months agoYou don't need to do anything. eBay will notify the bidder that they won and remind them to pay. They have 4 days to pay.
