What happens to the seller that offers an item and does not send it or refund the money paid.
I ordered in A sporting outfit in good faith. The seller does not accept exchanges or give refunds. It is not guaranteed by eBay and as far as I can tell nothing is being done about me getting my money back.

Mentor2 years agoThe seller's stated return policy only applies to "remorse" returns, where the buyer has a change of mind.
If the item is "not as described", eBay's money back guarantee applies as long as the link appears in the item listing.

If the seller does not cooperate at any point after starting a "not as described" case, after three business days you can ask eBay to step in and refund you.
