What happens to my ebay account if I file a chargeback for something the seller never shipped
I purchased an item, it is past 90 days since the purchase date, the seller is unresponsive. The seller created the label but never shipped my item. I purchased a number of things at the same time and overlooked this particular one that never got shipped, and of course, never delivered.
Out of what seems like all friendly options, the only recourse I can think of is filing a chargeback with my card company. So, if I do go through with the chargeback, what happens to my ebay account? Suspended, banned, nothing...?
If it were $20 I could care less, but it's over $100 that I'd like to get back if I can
Any knowledge would be great. Thanks in advance

Because your Money Back Guarantee (MBG) protections lapsed 30 days after the last estimated delivery date. If it is still less than 30 days after the last estimated delivery date, you can file an item not received (INR) dispute by clicking on the More Actions button on your purchase history. Filing a Charge back with your card provider, will not hurt your ebay account, if the MBG time frame has lapsed.

OP11 months agoThank you, it has passed the 30 days and the only recourse that I feel I have, is to do the chargeback. Appreciate the response
