What happens to a "INSUFICIENT ADRESS" notification?
At least thats what's saying here on the tracking details. I'm just concerned that this might effect the account in some way, although I had no power in why this had occured.
Although it is saying that it's going to return back to the sender. it is rather troublesome that it's coming back even though it was right where the location of the buyer should of been.
Would I need to send it back to the buyer when it comes back?
Since they have payed it, will they need to pay it back or can I use the same label? (I can only assume no)
Is this an issue due to me, the buyer, eBay or the postage?

Mentor2 years agoI assume you are the seller. You need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. If the address in the Order Details is exactly as the buyer sent via ebay, then you are covered. Once you get the package back, you need to CONTACT BUYER. If the buyer still wants the item, s/he has to send a completely correct ship to address plus reshipping charge (which can be sent to your Paypal email address). If the buyer no longer wants the item, you can send a refund for the item price only.
