What happens in a return if buyer does not ship the item within the time limit?
A buyer requested a return, the funds are on hold, but the buyer has not yet shipped the item even through it has been a couple of weeks. What happens if the buyer does not ship the item by the deadline set by eBay? Are the funds automatically released?
