What happens if the buyer refuses delivery from USPS by not signing for packakge
I have two buyers who ordered some coins, and USPS has attempted delivery several times. The buyers have not responded to USPS to arrange a pickup, sign electronically, or be home when packages are delivered.
The items are silver coins, and I have a suspicion they are ignoring the acceptance because silver prices have gone down.
