What happens if eBay continues to demur and treat its sellers badly?

So, I've been watching my stores and I have been monitoring eBay a lot more closely due to the economy and other metric factors that affect traffic, sales, and exposure. I am starting to see a lot of dissatisfaction amongst sellers trying to get help from eBay, simply being referred to customer service chat bot. Does this not also play a part in buyer activity?

Further, if this trend continues, fustrated people leaving eBay or getting a bad taste by their interaction with eBay or through eBay would this not hurt eBay's performance overall and then, how much hurt does it take for eBay to take a serious look at how it treats sellers and buyers?
