what happens after an appeal?
I have been told the appeal didn't go my way because I didn't respond quickly enough, even though the seller was wrong. Where do I go from here to get the decision reversed?

OP8 months agoI got a pair of Prada shoes. The owner stated they have a scratch on them. It is NOT a scratch it is a tear. They should not have been sold because you cannnot wear them.
eBay is stating I did not reply timely enough even though I have emails saying I did.
they denied my claim and appeal.
