What Happened to Shipping Calculator

Question

Its been a few since I had to do new listings and when I get to the shipping section in the past it would bring up the shipping calculator automatically. Now it doesnt ?.. With the New Ground/Advantage updates has this changed and we wont know how much shipping will be until it gets sold?

Why aren't you using calculated shipping where the buyer pays the cost of the service you've selected based on the package weight/size you enter and the buyer's zip code?
