What happened to one time promotion charge for 7 day auctions?

Question

Is there anyway to get the one time promotion charge anymore on 7 day auctions. All there is now is you buy if someone clicks on the ad and purchase from you. Then you pay a ton of money. Is there anyway to do the one time charge again.

Thanks Ron

Express Promotion for auctions has been ended and will be replaced on April 29th with Promoted Listings Standard. This is a good thing! This means that you will not pay fees unless the item sells.
