What happened to my return label?

Question

I called eBay about returning a pair of shoes that I had purchased, that seemed to possibly be mis-sized. The CS rep sent me an email with a link that would give me a return label, but mentioned that I might hear from the seller, so I waited a few days. I then received an email stating that I had been refunded for my purchase. Great, but when I went back to retrieve my return label, the link just takes me to a page that says I have been refunded. I still need to ship out the shoes. Does anyone know how where I can access the return label?

@hege3 If you have already been refunded, then you are not required to return the item unless the seller has send you a prepaid return shipping label.
