Unless you have another eBay account … you never had a 100% feedback rating. You have to receive at least ONE feedback to have a feedback rating.

Although eBay shows you have one item listed in eBay Motors, they do not show any feedback for you either as a Buyer or a Seller. You could try to purchase something from a high-volume Seller that leaves automatic feedback, so you at least have some feedback on your account.
