What happened? My sold item disappeared from eBay!
I received two notices in my email. One email said a buyer, didn’t say which one, had retracted their bid. The next said my item had sold. But now I can’t find the item listing among my sold items, or my unsold items, or my items awaiting payment or my items awaiting shipping. When a buyer cancels a bid what happens? Where did it go? I want to send a second chance offer to the next bidder.
