What happened - international hub - item not passed?
Summary: boschat expressed confusion after receiving a refund notification because their items did not pass inspection at an international hub. They wondered if tariffs or something else related to their location in Canada could be the cause. inceptions suggested that the items might have been damaged or didn't match their description, and noted that import restrictions could also be a factor, although the message might have been different if that were the case.
I bought 2 items from a seller ( I have bought from before ) and they went to the international hub at Glendale Heights, Ill. I received an email saying I was refunded because
Unfortunately, your item can not be delivered because it did not pass inspection at our international hub.
What inspection? this is a first for me. I'm in Canada, has this anything to do with tariffs or whatever? I have other items I purchased form Arizona and they are on their way to DHL..
I am confused?
Thanks for any help...

Mentor6 days agoHi @boschat
It sounds like the item might have been damaged or didn't match the description.
Depending on Canada's import restrictions, the item may not be allowed to be shipped there (though I would think the message you received would have been worded differently if this was the case).
