What happend to buyers protection.
Why are sellers allowed to commit mail shipping fraud and we can't do anything but file a dispute at the bank. Why arent we allowed to block sellers that pull this crap, but they can block us. YOUR NOT THE SAME COMPANY YOU USED TO BE! After more than 15y I'm thinking of hanging it up and just be done with yall!

What sort of mail fraud?
Is the seller using a fake tracking number? If so let me know and I can tell you how to get buyer protection for that.
Otherwise I need more information to help you.
