what forms of payment can I restrict when selling an item?
What forms of payment can I restrict when selling an item? I used to require a postal money order but that appears to no longer be allowed.

eBay stopped allowing paper payments (money orders and checks) in 2008.
It doesn't matter how the buyer makes his payment (based on the options eBay gives them on the item listing), as already mentioned, you are paid from eBay Managed Payments.

eBay is in charge of collecting payments and they send the proceeds to your checking account.
It is called eBay managed payments.

Mentor1 year agoOther than local pickup, eBay decides what online payment methods are accepted. Sellers are paid by eBay via ACH payment to a checking account only.
