what files are required in the return request form?
Summary: scstovall ordered a specific pump from a vendor, but received a smaller and incorrect model from Home Depot after a delayed delivery. The vendor has not responded to refund or return requests. wooden_flower advised attaching a photo of the incorrect item and noting the discrepancy in the return request.
Ordered and paid for the HFP24060 113 pump, long delay without delivery. Contacted the seller who claimed the item had been damaged AND lost in shipping. Promised to ship a replacement ASAP from their warehouse. On 7/2 a pump arrived from Home Depot, the part #HFP12060 111 was a pump half the size and capacity of the one we ordered. They haven't responded to our request for a refund and a return tag for the wrong pump. In the return request process I'm to attach the files required for this return. What files?

You need to add a photo of the item to be returned showing that it is not the item shown in the listing.
In the comments add the note that the item received is not the same item you purchased.
