What doest it mean when Buyer selected priority shipping?
Buyer selected priority shipping. Does that come out of my pocket or does buyer pay for it?

Is this for the dress you sold? Your listing said you ship via USPS Priority shipping so in the order details it will say the the buyer chose priority shipping even when there is only one option.
The buyer's payment will include the shipping stated in the listing. You will pay for the shipping label from the money you receive for the sale if you select the use my funds option to pay when buying the label through eBay labels. If you purchase the label from another website or directly from USPS you will pay out of pocket and the shipping is included in your payout.
